About Super Window
We've been making windows in Singapore for over twenty years.
Super Window started in 2003 as a small workshop in Ang Mo Kio. Twenty-three years later, it's still the same family running it — with the same workshop, a bigger team, and a lot more flats under our belt.
Because we fabricate everything in-house, the people who measure and install your windows are the same ones who built them. No outsourcing, no third-party installers, no chain of “ya, ya, we'll come back”.

Yes — for any window or grille change in an HDB flat, we apply for the HDB renovation permit on your behalf. The cost is built into the quote, no separate fee. We've been HDB-licensed since 2003, so we know exactly what HDB needs.
Most full-flat HDB jobs (4-room, 5-room) take 1–2 working days for installation, once your windows are fabricated. Fabrication takes about 1–2 weeks from the day you confirm the quote. So roughly two to three weeks from your first call to a finished install.
Yes. We dismantle, haul away, and dispose of all old window frames, glass and grilles as part of the install. You don't need to arrange anything separately. Disposal is included in the quote — no extra charge.
Yes. We coordinate directly with your ID or contractor so windows go in at the right point (usually after hacking, before painting). If you're not doing a full reno, we work around your daily routine — including evenings and weekends if needed.
Casement windows open outward on a hinge — they give you a wider opening and better airflow, but you can't put a window-unit air-con on them. Sliding windows are more common in HDB because they don't intrude into your living space and work with air-con units. Both are HDB-approved.
Yes. New installations come with a 5-year warranty on hardware, sealant and workmanship. Repair and part-replacement jobs come with a 1-year warranty on the parts and labour we did. Glass-only replacements: 6 months on the workmanship of the install.
Because we make the windows ourselves, there's no middleman — that's where the saving comes from. We don't cut on materials: same aluminium grade, same hardware as the pricier quotes. We undercut on margin, not quality. Get a few quotes, then give us a call.
