1. Who we are

Super Window Pte Ltd ("Super Window", "we", "us") is a Singapore-registered company (UEN 200306XXXX) with a workshop at 20 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, Singapore. We manufacture and install aluminium windows, doors and grilles for residential and commercial properties across Singapore.

This Policy explains how we handle personal data we collect from you in connection with our services, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to carry out our work:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and property address provided when you request a quote or contact us.
• Property information — unit number, floor plan details, window dimensions collected during a site survey.
• Communication records — WhatsApp and email correspondence relating to your enquiry or job.
• Payment records — invoice and payment history (no card numbers are stored by us).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. NRIC, financial account numbers) unless strictly required for HDB permit applications, in which case we will notify you separately.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Prepare and deliver a quotation for your project.
• Schedule and carry out the site survey and installation.
• Apply for HDB renovation permits on your behalf (where applicable).
• Issue invoices and process payments.
• Honour warranty claims and follow up on after-sales service.
• Respond to enquiries and complaints.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We share data only where necessary:

• HDB / BCA — for permit and registration submissions required by law.
• Subcontractors — occasionally engaged for specialist work; bound by confidentiality.
• Service providers — e.g. accounting software, email platform; limited to what they need to provide the service.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. Data retention

We keep job records (including contact and property details) for 7 years after project completion to support warranty claims and comply with legal obligations. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for us to use your data (note this may affect our ability to serve you).

7. Cookies and website analytics
