Terms & Conditions

1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, contracts and services provided by Super Window Pte Ltd (UEN 200306XXXX), a Singapore-registered company with a workshop at 20 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, Singapore ("Super Window", "we", "us"). By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Quotations are based on measurements taken during the site survey. If actual site conditions differ materially, we will revise the quote before proceeding.
• A quotation is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties (WhatsApp confirmation is accepted).
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where stated.

3. Payment

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order to commence fabrication.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of installation, before our team leaves the site.
• Accepted payment methods: PayNow, bank transfer, cash. Cheques are not accepted.
• Late payment may result in work being paused and the warranty commencement date being deferred.

4. Fabrication and delivery

• Standard fabrication lead time is 1–2 weeks from deposit receipt, subject to workload and material availability.
• We will confirm the installation date with you at least 3 working days in advance.
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (access restrictions, renovation sequencing, HDB permit processing) will be communicated promptly and do not constitute a breach.

5. Installation

• Installation is carried out by Super Window's own trained team. We do not subcontract core installation work without your knowledge.
• You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to all work areas on the agreed installation date.
• We will remove and dispose of your old window frames, glass and grilles as part of the service unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
• Minor patching of surrounding walls is included. Full repainting or extensive hacking remediation is not included unless quoted separately.

6. HDB permits

• For HDB flats, we apply for the required renovation permit on your behalf. Permit fees are included in the quoted price.
• Installation will not commence until the permit is approved. We are not liable for delays caused by HDB processing times.
• You must ensure your renovation complies with HDB's guidelines. We will advise on window specifications that meet HDB requirements.

7. Warranty

• New installations — 5-year warranty covering hardware, sealant and workmanship defects under normal use.
• Repair and part-replacement jobs — 1-year warranty on the specific parts replaced and the associated labour.
• Glass-only replacements — 6-month warranty on the workmanship of the install.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or acts of God (e.g. typhoon, flooding).
• Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or discolouration over time.
• Damage caused by other renovation contractors working at the site after our installation.

8. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations before fabrication commences — deposit is fully refundable less any survey costs incurred.
• Cancellations after fabrication has commenced — deposit is non-refundable as materials have been custom-cut.
• Changes to the order after fabrication has commenced may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss (including loss of rental income or business disruption) however caused.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre before litigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
